El legado andalusí Andalusian Public Foundation and the International Festival of Music and Dance of Granada have renewed today 12th January the collaboration agreement they had signed in order to carry out different activities and events of mutual interest for both institutions, in their challenge to promote and disseminate the culture and historical heritage of Granada and Andalusia at Andalusian, National and International levels.

Through this agreement, that has been signed today by the Director of the Festival, Antonio Moral and the Managing Director of El legado andalusí Andalusian Public Foundation, María de la Concepción de Santa Ana Fernández, the Foundation will continue with the work of digitizing the Festival’s documentary funds and will be present in the programme scheduled by this entity in the 2023 edition.

El legado andalusí Andalusian Public Foundation has, among its objectives the dissemination of the Hispano-Muslim historical-artistic and cultural heritage and the projection of Granada and Andalusia in the regional, national and international spheres, disseminating the role that Spain and Andalusia have played as cultural bridges between East and West, by carrying out work related to the technical coordination of exhibitions, the promotion, documentation, research and publishing of books, as well as the development of socio-cultural and tourist activities, which contribute to a greater knowledge and enhancement of Andalusia, also aiming at promoting intercultural dialogue.
