Law 19/2013 of December 9 on transparency, access to public information and good governance, and Law 1/2014 of June 24, on Public Transparency in Andalusia regulate transparency in two strands: active advertising and the right to access public information, as an instrument to facilitate citizens’ knowledge of the activity of entities with public funding, promoting the responsible exercise of the mentioned activity and the development of full public and democratic awareness. Under this legislation, El legado andalusí Andalusian Public Foundation makes thisTransparency Portal available to all citizens. Detailed information will be provided on the following areas therein:
