Cultural Itineraries

The Cultural Itineraries of El legado andalusí are based on real historical facts that were representative of the rise and cultural relevance of the civilization of al-Andalus that shone for almost eight centuries in the spheres of culture, arts and science.

Among our objectives are to offer new possibilities for the development of cultural tourism and specially to disseminate and make this common heritage and history known, a factor that can contribute to establishing bonds of solidarity between peoples.

The idea of a Cultural Route does not only define a real route, a mere route, but also includes, above all, the idea of a “process of cultural cooperation” that implies the collaboration of all parts, thus allowing a real encounter between the different parties involved, between the national and international public spheres and the civil society.
