Marca España program on Radio Exterior de España (REE) and Radio Nacional de España (RNE) dedicated its 23 October broadcast to exploring the legacy of al-Andalus through an interview with Concha de Santa Ana, Managing Director of El legado andalusí Andalusian Public Foundation.
The program highlighted the lasting influence of the heritage of al-Andalus on fields such as science and architecture, as well as the Foundation’s sustainable tourism routes, which connect more than 200 towns and 14 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The interview also showcased other initiatives promoted by the Foundation to raise awareness of Andalusi culture and history, including exhibitions and cultural events.
