Data Protection
The current website may offer services that may require the provision of personal data, informing, in such case, on their use and treatment therein. Such data will be used in the manner, for the purposes and will be subject to the limitations and rights contained in Regulation (EU) 2016/379 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, in terms of the protection of natural persons regarding their personal data and the free circulation of these data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on Data Protection), as well as in the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 , on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.
In compliance with article 30 of the GDPR and the provisions of articles 31 and 77.1.h) of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, the FUNDACIÓN PÚBLICA ANDALUZA EL LEGADO ANDALUSI makes public an inventory of its processing activities accessible by electronic means.
The aforementioned Regulation establishes the obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer for any authority or body in the public sector that carries out personal data processing.
